When contacting us via email, we will respond to you within 48 business hours. If you contact us on a Friday, please expect to be responded to on the following Monday.

The day your package ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number from our carrier. Please refer to this email when inquiring about the delivery date of your order with that carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.).

Unless otherwise indicated, all orders ship from our California warehouse within 2-3 business days.

Orders are shipped ground and take between 7-10 business days for delivery. Priority Shipping is available for an additional charge (see Shipping and Handling) and takes 3-5 business days for delivery.
